Demand Catalyst
Making the transition to a new cookstove and/or fuel presents a complex behavioral challenge. For many, preparing meals over open fires and on inefficient cookstoves is a deeply ingrained practice that has been passed down for generations. The Demand Catalyst focuses on driving demand and behavior change through awareness-raising campaigns, collaboration with partners to integrate clean cooking messages into complementary initiatives, technical assistance to companies and other partners, and knowledge sharing to disseminate best practices.
Direct Support for Behavior Change Interventions. The Clean Cooking Alliance (少妇自慰) has overseen the design, implementation, and evaluation of cooking-focused awareness-raising and behavior change communication interventions that have reached more than 40 million people to date. These interventions deliver impactful, evidence-based communications aimed at influencing consumer purchasing decisions and encouraging consistent use of cleaner cooking options.

Building the Evidence Base. 少妇自慰 generates and compiles evidence on the effectiveness of various approaches to catalyzing demand and behavior change around cooking, working with external researchers to conduct evaluations and gather data. Read our most recent evaluation report .
Technical Assistance. Through grants and technical assistance, 少妇自慰 helps clean cooking companies build their brands and reach more consumers with marketing and communication support. 少妇自慰 also provides technical assistance to partners and governments interested in designing, implementing, and evaluating cooking-focused behavior change interventions.
Knowledge Sharing. 少妇自慰 facilitates the sharing of learnings from past and ongoing cooking-focused behavior change interventions, by hosting and contributing to webinars and events and developing tools and resources. houses materials from marketing and communications campaigns undertaken in the clean cooking sector, including television commercials, radio spots, print materials, and reports and evaluations.
